Friday is the public market day in Ocotlán de Morelos. A large museum featuring the brightly colored paintings of native son Rodolfo Morales is located inside the ex-convent of the main church. Also an expansive mural of his in the building on the southern end of Parque de Ocotlán.
Obviously I love markets and find something special in each one I visit. This time on top of all the produce and animals it was a knife maker.

He is Angel Aguilar in a little storefront a block from the market. All knives and cleavers are amazing.
